Listed below are the available session plans that allow clients to have access to the training schedule for the allotted time/session plan you choose. Training includes strength and conditioning, resistance, and core work to round up the programming. The focus is to establish or improve a foundation of functional lifting patterns which have been proven to improve quality of life AND athletic performance.
The monthly session plan allows clients to have access to training for 4 consecutive weeks. Throughout the 4 weeks, you are allowed to come up to 4x each week.
The weekly session plan allows you to haveaccess to the schedule 7 whole days. Throughout this week span, your are allowed to come to 4x throughout the week.
The monthly session plan is for athletes under the age of 18. This plan allows clients to have access to training for 4 consecutive weeks. Throughout the 4 weeks, you are allowed to come up to 3x each week.
Single session, allowing you to drop into a single class or schedule a 1:1
This custom written plan will get you 4 weeks of workouts, which will consist of 3 workouts for each week. Totaling up to 12 total workouts, this custom plan is designed to help you with your individual goals, assuring your written plan isn't being recycled.
