All session plans  are aimed to improved overall health by focusing on resistance, cardio, and core training. We do this through a traditional strength and conditioning style program, which helps promotes overall athleticism regardless of age.

New Years Special 🍾 ($140.00)

This monthly special allows new clients to sign up for the month of January (4 consecutive weeks) for $140 instead of $200. Allowing you to come up to 3x per week.


💭 Clients who  choose the auto draft option will grandfather this price going forward vs the standard $200, until discontinuation.

Monthly Session Plan ($200.00)

This plan allows clients to come up to 3x a week, for 4 consecutive weeks.

Sports Athletic Development ($165.00)

The monthly session plan is ONLY for athletes under the age of 18. This plan allows athletes to come up to 3x a week, for 4 consecutive weeks.
