All training is structured and performed in a traditional strength and conditioning style. We also work to pair high intensity movements and vigorous core exercises to promote overall athleticism, strength, and endurance. With hard work and consistency this wide range of training can benefit ALL body types and ALL age ranges, and is proven to yield any desired result varying between: weight loss, weight gain, and even athletic performance.
This monthly plan allows you to schedule up to 4 sessions on a weekly basis. You may come as many times as you like per week, as long as it DOES NOT exceed 4 sessions in a week. You may choose any of the 7 days to schedule. This will cover your training for 4 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
This monthly plan is for young athletes who are younger than 18. This gives you access to training to either custom 1:1 times or within the "speed agility and vertical" class.
This weekly plan allows you to schedule up to 4 sessions within a 7-day period. It will be your responsibility to maximize all of your within the week. You may choose any of the 7 days to schedule, but you can not exceed 4 sessions in this single week.
This is for anyone who who may be looking to sign up for a SINGLE 1:1 session or group training session . This is a great option for you if you are looking to give training with us a test run, or those of you who may have packed schedules and want to pay as you come in. Please make sure we communicate with each other to confirm your time.
This is a custom strength & conditioning program written out for anyone and will be tailored to the equipment they have access to.
The program will feature basic strength and conditioning aspects such as weight lifting, core exercises and running/cardio. There will be small adjustments to the program to help gear them in the direction of your personal goals. Videos will be provided for uncommon or questionable movements.
